Trade VIP Log In Troubleshooting

Welcome to our Trade VIP log in troubleshooting page.

To help gain access to your account please try the following:

  1. Make sure you’re on our Trade Store (and not our main store)

2. Ensure you’re logged in

3. If you don’t have an account and have already applied for one, please make sure that your account has been activated. To activate your account, first create an account, after which you will receive an email with further instruction

4. If you can’t log in because you have forgotten your password, please click ‘forgot password?’ on the log in page

5. If you haven’t yet applied for a Trade VIP account, please first create an account and await an email with further instruction

6. If you have recently applied for an account and haven’t yet heard back, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If you haven’t received a response then unfortunately your application has been declined

7. If you have tried the above and still can’t log in, try logging out, refreshing and logging in again

8. You can also change your browser to the latest version of Google Chrome which our website performs best with

Just to note that we’re having temporary issues with checking out bespoke mural orders and are currently working on fixing this. In the meantime, if you would like to place an order for a bespoke mural, please email us at trade.concierge@woodchipandmagnolia.co.uk with your order and we will send an invoice via email.
